Today’s Temple Terrace Tuesday Blog is dedicated to Sunshine Paint and Auto Body Shop, which has been family owned and operated since 1980. They handle a variety of work on top of auto body repair. They say that they are a “one stop shop.” On the large scale they repair commercial vehicles, corporate vehicles, and work with all insurance companies. On the small scale they also do sand-blasting/restorative work for household items like cabinets or chairs that need a new finish. Another interesting feature of Sunshine Paint and Auto Body Shop is that the entire family contributes to the work. Locally, they have repaired vehicles for the Temple Terrace Police Department and the Temple Terrace Fire Department. They are a sponsor for some athletic teams at C. Leon King High School, located in our community. They have also been a sponsor for the Special Olympics in the past. As fellow small business owners we found them very unique and intriguing, and we appreciate that they also give back to the community.
